How often should I do Pilates?

So after a couple of days of lovely sunshine, it's raining again...! If you are spending this bank holiday Monday indoors, why not sped half an hour doing some Pilates? As we all know, Pilates is most effective when done regularly and will help to relieve stiffness and tension and improve flexibility and strength.. Attending a weekly class will no doubt make a difference but if you can fit it in three times a week, the impact will be even greater.
So if your regular classes aren't running over the bank holiday or you just want to do some extra homework (!) - why not do one of these short sessions at home.
